Teen Membership

High school student membership
$12.95 per week

Specifically tailored to teenagers these classes consist of movement practice and focusing on correct technique. Our trainers also work with the class members to build a strong base and a general understanding of movements to prevent injury and optimising performance. These classes also offer guidance on sports specific training for individuals to best help them with their sports goals.

One on one Personal Training is also available for those who wish to improve their sports performance.
