Bootcamp is a great way to train, keeping your heart rate up while completing different tasks in a military style workout. Whether you’re pushing the sled, running through an agility ladder, using the battle ropes or any of the other equipment on the rooftop, you’re going to have a fun packed session. Our trainers will put you through your paces and make sure that everyone in the session is well catered for.
The session takes into consideration participants current skill and fitness level and therefore is suited to people from beginner to advanced.
