Lets go back to timeframes for a minute-

No matter how focused and committed you are, you may still not succeed if the timeframe to achieve your success is wrong. For example, if you want to lose 15kg in 1 week, this is unachievable, on the other hand if you want to lose 15kg in 10 weeks this will happen with the right focus and commitment. The balance of timeframe, achievability, focus and commitment has to make sense to work.
